The Purpose

The J Beverly Hills Education program exists to provide stylists with the necessary information, technique and knowledge to achieve the success they deserve. Though making education available locally to all stylists, J Beverly Hills Concept Salon can positively impact the lives of our stylists and become a leader in hair design.

The Opportunity

The individual stylist the comprise the J Beverly Hills Associate Education Team are Stylist who benefit from advanced education and the experience gained only through sharing with colleagues and giving back to their profession. Levels of educators are in place to instill achievement and growth through accomplishment among peers. Every stylist has the opportunity to embark on the journey to reach the level of J Beverly Hills educator they have their hearts set on.

Together we can make a change in the quality of success for countless stylists one at a time. Our Inspiration does not come from the boardrooms of multi-conglomerates, but rather from the creativity of you the stylist.

Academy Overview

Our 2 day hands-on haircutting academy is offered four times a year, once each quarter. The stylist will learn the concept of designing a hair cut incorporating contrast and harmony to achieve the perfect balance of both technique and artistry. Our collections offer a platform to share techniques, which will become part of daily repertoire. In addition to the techniques used by celebrity stylists of Juan Juan salon, you will learn valuable product usage to prepare the hair prior to cutting and red carpet techniques to masterfully style. The J Beverly Hills Academy once held only at the famed Juan Juan Salon is now offered here at the J Beverly Hills Concept Salon & Spa in Green Bay.
